HOA Problems? Demand Full Disclosure

HOA Problems? Demand Full Disclosure

Today we are the only real full disclosure management company that provides all the records of the association online for the Board to view and all non-sensitive or public record information is available to the members as well. Every member has a right to information and Boards have a right to know what the management company is doing. We have made that possible. We provide several repositories for information that the Board can access and stay on top of the day to day affairs of the association without having to engage directly. Seventeen different reports are accessible in real time for the Board to view any and all HOA problems. We also provide searchable covenants and bylaws to help our Boards and members find the information they need. Every check that is written and every bill that is paid is scanned and view-able online each month. All the historical documents of the association are posted. The community checkbook is also view-able as well as many other documents.

Knowing that volunteers are the backbone of the association we wanted to make it easy for them to get information. So we make the information available. We provide 24/7 access to the association information to make it easy. We have nothing to hide, nor should the association. Our goal is simple, to provide all the members of the community access to the business information and affairs of the association. We post contracts, bids, plats, minutes, newsletters and many other documents. We want the board member and members to know they have someone to call should the need help or just to ask a question. We even provide an emergency access line 24/7 in case we are needed. We believe we can make the community better informed and educated and a better place to live by effectively managing the business. Doing so enables the Board to govern and allows them to make good business decisions.

The number one question regarding HOA problems that was being asked then is still being asked today “Where is our money and where is it being spent?” Liberty used that very question as the cornerstone to build its management company information portals.

We provide updated real time statistics for the active elements of the association that Liberty Community Management provides. Statistics for the violations, collection letters, credit bureau reporting, payment plans liens, lawsuits, customer contacts are all maintained. All the documents associated with those actions the Boards have access to view. These reports are available in report form as well with each members electronic folder. This folder contains all the information associated with the administrative, financial, collections and enforcement history for each member. We retain the records for every call and every letter generated or received. We provide seven financial reports each month to keep our homeowners informed. Our customers know where the money is and where is its being spent. They also know what action is being taken by Liberty Community Management
