We at Liberty Community Management created HOA Education because we strive to educate the homeowners of the communities and properties we manage. We believe that communication, information and education is the cornerstone to any good business. Liberty’s HOA education page is to inform you about your rights and responsibilities as a homeowner, education we provide to Board members, training and a brief insight into BoardView.
We believe education is paramount, so HOA Education for a homeowner is vital in our eyes. We offer links to the Communities Association Institute website, which offers a great deal of education. We also offer in house education through out the year to Board Members and Homeowners. We have events, seminars and tutorials available for you at our cost and your time. We want the most educated Homeowners and Board Members in the business because it’s make our job easier, challenging and interesting.
In addition to all of this we also made available a few helpful articles and disaster stories that involve HOA’s, just like yours, because we find it is better to learn from others mistakes.
