Liberty Community Management reviews the accounts on a monthly basis to ensure that all accounts are being handled in a timely manner. We use our best effort to collect assessments through billing, notices, follow up phone calls and working with attorney with collections and court action if needed. As well as doing all of that we provide a regular and consistent drive-thru in the community and issue notices and violations as needed, maintain a violation database and take necessary action to correct aesthetic or covenant violations including fines.
