HOA Financial Administration

Because of our quest of transparency for all associations to its members, we also offer each month, 8 reports to ALL homeowners to see the HOA financial administration status. We provide a budget report to show how the association is performing financially, a vendor report showing what invoices have been presented and if they have been paid, we provide a bank balances report, a quick snapshot with graphs and a financial summary for a review of what transpired that month.

  • Manage and oversee billings and payment procedures.
  • Issue payment books or statements and past-due notices.
  • Provide for regular collections practices and procedures.
  • Keep accurate books for accounting and provide monthly financial reports. The reports include trial balance, profit and loss, detailed vendor transaction list and collections report.
  • Compare and monitor existing budget with the actual expenditures.
  • Interact with homeowners regarding account information.
  • Manage financial reporting and accounting processes.
  • Liberty Management will assist with audits and reviews.
  • Provide liaison with the association’s attorney.
  • Facilitate real estate transactions.
  • Liberty will assist with preparation and distribution of the budget.
  • Assist with annual budget and reserves.
